CPT Angling Club.com
(Colchester Postal and Telecom Angling Club)
Membership for 2017/2018 Season will open on 1st June 2017.
All membership enquires should be emailed to : firstname.lastname@example.org
For the forthcoming season there will be an increase in night permit fees and there will be two options for night fishing tickets.
This ticket will entitle the holder to night fish the Match Pit, this will also include all other club waters at night. You will still be required to book on for the Match Pit in the normal way either by text or on-line. Remember that club rules state that there must be two members present to fish the Match Pit at night, this is a conditional clause within our lease agreement with the landowners.
To fish other club waters at night you do not need to book on and you may fish on your own, although this is not recommended for safety reasons. Members wishing to fish the clubs general waters alone at night, do so at their own risk.
Note. There are 150 Night Tickets available for the Match Pit.
This is a night Ticket for all other club waters except the Match Pit.
There is no requirement to book on for this option and as stated above you may fish alone at your own risk.

Night Tickets (Dusk till Dawn)
The following details are for the new Night Ticket Arrangements this season. Details are similar to those of last season the exception being, that Night Fishing can no longer be added to an existing membership. The Options available must be purchased at the same time as the renewal or new member application. These options will not be available other than as stated above.
Option 1. A Season ticket for the Match Pit only, will allow the member to Night Fish as per space available. Booking can be a maximum of one month ahead only. If you plan ahead and book in advance, it will increase your chance of securing a place during busy times. When ever possible, book a minimum of 24 hours before your selected session. You are now permitted to fish a 72 hour session, no return is permitted within the following 48 hour period. The 72 hour session is only permitted during weekdays and is not allowed at weekends. Weekend bookings are for 48 hours only. The club bailiffs will be checking licences and you may be disturbed during the night if sleeping. Please co-operate with the bailiffs as it is in the interests of all members that the waters are policed at night to deter the incidents of poaching.
Booking a Night Fishing Session.
You must provide your name and membership number which can be found on the face of your licence. Nicknames will not be accepted. If you try to book on using a nickname your request will be ignored. Members must not attempt to book another member on to fish Nights. This is not acceptable because it could affect our lease agreement with the land owner, should only one person turns up and then attempts to fish alone. You can only book yourself on and no one else. Please remember this!
The telephone Number for Night Bookings is: 07747448749.
Voice Calls will not be answered TEXT ONLY please.
